 Our 'In Depth' series celebrates and explores a single hop. This time we have shone a light on Nelson Sauvin. From the New Zealand classic you can expect an elegant white grape character, a torrent of pressed gooseberries and a structured bitterness with a subtle hum of toasted black pepper.
