Hazy IPA with Idaho 7, Galaxy and Citra.

ABV 6.5%

We mashed in with Extra Pale Maris Otter layered with equal quantities of wheat and oats for a nice rounded silkiness. Hopped with our good friend Galaxy all the way through, accompanied by Simcoe in the whirlpool, and Citra and Idaho 7 in the dry hop. Zesty aromatics and hop notes of lime and melon with a big, juicy passionfruit centre.
