With our favoured blend of wheats on a base of extra pale malt, there's a light and fluffy texture to the base beer that's then soured overnight and lightly hopped with Citra.
Fully integrating the fruit from the beginning of fermentation lends a depth of flavour and tartness that keeps your palate on it's toes.
