OPENING THEME TRIO MIX PACK 🍻

We return to Opening Theme each year making small tweaks here and there, but with a grain and hop bill that hits all the same textural, aromatic and flavour notes that you’ll recognise.
We thought this year those same key components could be expanded up to the full height of a Double IPA and re-orchestrated to the smaller, more intimate interpretation of a double dry-hopped Pale.
Each version features varying levels of our selected crops from Yakima Chief Hops and specific lots of Nelson Sauvin, from farms across New Zealand and the Pacific Northwest, each with their own distinct timbre.

A mixed 6 pack containing two each of the following beers;

2 x OPENING THEME - 6.5% Hazy IPA with Nelson, Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe
Returning this year as a single movement in a wider study of one of our favourite hop combinations. The texture remains full & creamy, with a new addition of Heidelberg Ultra Pale malt for a paler hue; the hop charges across all three beers feature our selected YCH lots & some exquisite crops of Nelson Sauvin from Bold River & Pikimai.
Sauvignon, Honeydew & Peach

2 x HARMONIC TENSION - 5.5% DDH Pale with Nelson, Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe
A pared-down extension to our Opening Theme with a two-stage dry-hop & a light, fluffy texture. The hop charges across all three beers feature our selected YCH lots & some exquisite crops of Nelson Sauvin from Bold River & Pikamai.
Gooseberry, Nectarine & Apricot

2 x GRAND FINALE - 8.0% Hazy DIPA with Nelson, Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe
A bombastic & flamboyant conclusion to our Opening Theme; double-centrifuged & dry-hopped at over twice the rate of the other two recipes in the series for an intensely rich, decadent experience. The hop charges across all three beers feature our selected YCH lots & some exquisite crops of Nelson Sauvin from Bold River & Pikamai.
