ONE LESS THAN SLEEP - 6.5% Hazy IPA with Nelson, Motueka & NZ Rhapzody
Brewed in collaboration with WHC Labs & Clayton Hops
A confluence of brand new products from two long-standing & innovative suppliers; NZ Rhapzody & Thiol Unleashed. Having first used NZ Rhapzody when it was CIP-014, we couldn't wait to reacquaint ourselves with it's superbly vibrant, tropical character. WHC's novel hybrid strain is primed to unlock volatile, bound thiols & augment all the desirable aromas that are produced during fermentation & expanded during dry-hopping.
