Our house session pale is easy-drinking and hop-forward, featuring an Extra Pale malt base combined with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.

A recipe that's been with us from the very start. Layers of orange peel and juicy grapefruit, a smooth bitterness and top notes of pine, refreshing apricot and passion fruit; this is a perfectly balanced session beer.

Our award-winning Twin Cities Gluten Free Pale range continues apace, featuring our hand-selected Mosaic & a choice crop of Strata from Crosby hops.
Expect pink grapefruit, a squeeze of pineapple & ripe juicy strawberry with a fragrant green haze above & piney bitterness.
All this sits atop Heidelberg & jumbo rolled oats, creating a light texture & smooth finish.
