Working closely with Jim Solberg at Indie, we've been able to explore some of the growers' favourite lots from the 2025 harvest; together they sing with honey mango, huckleberry & lychee. A deeply expressive batch of Strata takes the lead, accented by a field of punchy sweet/tart Audacia. Ever-popular for it's grapefruit & juniper character, when grown in the Yakima valley, their Oregonian Chinook has a tropical style all of its own.

TWIN CITIES: SIMCOE & AMARILLO 5.2% Gluten free Pale
For the latest iteration of our multi award-winning Twin Cities Gluten Free Pale range, we've combined Simcoe with Amarillo; a US pairing that folds in floral, herbaceous aromas with an unmistakably sweet, orangey character. All this sits atop Heidelberg & jumbo rolled oats, creating a light texture and smooth finish.
NZ TABLE BEER 3.0% Table Beer
A delightful little table beer, using a concoction of the finest New Zealand hops - Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti and Motueka Cryo. Flavours of apricot, grape skin and citrus work with a delicious malt base to create a soft, easy drinking experience.
