Returns Policy

If you wish to return an order, they must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once we receive them back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please email us at orders@lefthandedgiant.com to arrange a return to us.

Exchanges

If you have ordered our merchandise and it doesn't fit - no worries! Return it to us within 14 days of your order with your order number enclosed and the new size you would like and we will send out a replacement as soon as we receive it back in our warehouse. We can only accept items back that are unworn and in a resalable condition. If it is faulty please see below.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and within 14 days of your order date. Please report any problems to us at orders@lefthandedgiant.com and we will work out the best resolution.

If an attempted delivery arrives obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, and it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please let us know at orders@lefthandedgiant.com and we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
