Using the current iteration of our house grain bill, including rolled and malted oats on a base of Extra Pale malt, makes for a creamy, full texture.
Galaxy and Vic Secret, over two dry-hop additions, bring intense tropical juiciness and allow Simcoe to pop and lend an herbaceous, hedgerow character.
