Imperial Stout with Mexican Chilli and Chocolate, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Clifton Chilli Club.
The Holy Trinity of chillies, Ancho, Guajillo & Pasilla, provide notes of sweet pepper and raisin, light tannin and smoke with a signature heat.Added to this is a blend of Madagascan chocolates, expertly chosen and provided by Cocoa Witch, for their gentle bitterness, intense cocoa and red fruit.
This is all rounded out with the warm spice of cassia bark and sweet Tanzanian vanilla.
