Cascadian Dark with Cascade BBC, Simcoe Cryo, Idaho 7 T90 and Mosaic T90

ABV 6.5%

We built this Cascadian Dark on a blend of Maris Otter, Munich and dark roasted Carafa malts, then selected a line up of hops that all originated from the Pacific Northwest. 

Layers of dark roasted malt and caffè mocha, brought to life by sprigs of fresh pine and an orange peel bite. Toasty, smooth and pleasantly bittersweet.
