Hazy IPA with Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo, Columbus T90 and Citra T90

ABV 6.2%

We switched up the grist for this one, mashing in with a blend of Pilsner, Extra Pale and German Heidelberg malts. We went heavy on the wheat and left the oats at home for a dense and creamy, yet silky whisper of a malt base. 

Waves of sumptuous peach and mango, glimmering with zesty grapefruit and high notes of lemon and elderflower, all thanks to a healthy Citra, Cascade and Columbus dry hop.
