Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Palmer Street Bottle

The amazing Palmer Street Bottle are celebrating their fifth birthday, so came to brew a celebratory IPA with us!

We had the whole team in the brewery for the day, and came up with a recipe featuring Citra & Mosaic in all their glory, with leaf in the kettle and a big cryo dry hop.

The result is a sweet and creamy yet bright and tropical hazy IPA with a crisp, zesty finish. Happy Birthday Palmer Street Bottle … keep doing what you’re doing!
